Student Code of Conduct
Students may disagree and give critical feedback. They may not harass others, cheat, pirate content, misuse systems or fabricate career credentials.

This Code applies in classrooms, live sessions, WhatsApp groups, learning portals, projects, events, counselling, mentoring and placement interactions.
1. Respect
- Treat students, trainers, staff, recruiters and guests respectfully.
- No harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct or repeated personal attacks.
- Challenge ideas without attacking people.
- Do not deliberately disrupt sessions or prevent others from learning.
2. Academic and professional integrity
- Submit your own work unless collaboration is permitted.
- Identify permitted use of AI tools or external sources where required.
- Do not distribute leaked assessments, exam dumps or answer keys.
- No impersonation, proxy exams, proxy interviews or fabricated employment documents.
3. Platform security
- Use only assigned accounts and protect credentials.
- Do not probe, bypass, reverse engineer or interfere with training or cloud environments.
- Do not upload malware, unauthorised personal data or employer-confidential information.
- Follow limits on cloud spend, API calls, sandboxes and data deletion.
4. Content and recordings
- Do not record, copy, resell, publish or share classes and materials without permission.
- Do not share meeting links, portal access, lab credentials or paid resources.
- Do not remove copyright, attribution or security controls.
5. Privacy and confidentiality
- Do not share another student’s phone, resume, salary, image, project or personal circumstances without permission.
- Do not use real employer or customer data without lawful authority.
- Keep confidential case studies within the permitted group.
6. Career conduct
- Keep resumes, applications and interviews truthful.
- Attend agreed interviews or cancel professionally.
- Do not spam employers or claim SEHVI Technologies guarantees hiring.
- Correct inaccurate profile information before it is shared.
7. Consequences
Depending on seriousness, evidence and prior warning, action may include guidance, warning, content removal, repeat work, temporary restriction, suspension, permanent termination or reporting where legally necessary. Except in urgent safety or security matters, the student will ordinarily be informed and allowed to respond.
8. Reporting
Use the Grievance Redressal process. Good-faith criticism, complaints and honest reviews are allowed. Retaliation for a genuine complaint is prohibited.
Professional disagreement is allowed. Students may question content, challenge decisions and give negative feedback—truthfully, respectfully and through appropriate channels.
