Terms & Conditions
Enrollment needs payment and written confirmation. Access is personal. Placement support is not a job guarantee. Refunds follow the published policy.
Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last updated: 3 August 2026 · Online and classroom services
By submitting an enquiry, paying a fee, accepting an invoice, joining a batch or accessing course material, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the linked policies.
Do not enroll based only on advertising or verbal statements. Review the written syllabus, batch format, invoice, refund policy and placement inclusions. Any special commitment must be recorded in writing by an authorised representative.
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to classroom training, live online training, recorded access, workshops, mentoring, project support, career guidance, placement assistance, website forms and related services. A signed proposal, invoice or written enrollment confirmation controls where it contains specific conflicting terms.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
- Provide accurate identity, contact, education and professional information.
- Learners under 18 require parent or lawful guardian involvement.
- We may decline enrollment where prerequisites are not met, a batch is full, information is materially false or participation creates a legal, safety or integrity risk.
3. Enrollment confirmation
An enquiry, demo or counselling call does not reserve a seat. Enrollment is confirmed only after approved payment, written confirmation and acceptance of course and policy details. The written syllabus for the batch is the controlling scope.
4. Fees and payments
- Pay only through approved channels and verify the payee.
- Taxes, vendor exam fees, cloud usage, third-party licences, travel and hardware are excluded unless written as included.
- Overdue instalments may result in access being paused after reasonable notice.
- Bank, card or financing terms are controlled by the provider.
- Fees are not transferable between learners without written approval.
5. Course delivery
- Dates and times are planned schedules and may change for trainer, platform, public emergency or operational reasons.
- We may change a trainer, module sequence or environment while preserving the material learning scope.
- When we cancel a live session, we will reasonably provide a replacement, recording or alternative arrangement.
- Course duration is an estimate based on the planned timetable.
6. Student responsibilities
- Attend, practise, complete prerequisites and submit work honestly.
- Follow the Student Code of Conduct.
- Use only lawful and authorised data in labs and projects.
- Protect credentials and do not record, share, resell or reproduce course content.
- Do not fabricate projects, experience, employment records or certification status.
7. Access and intellectual property
Course access is personal, revocable and non-transferable. Access duration is the period stated in the written confirmation. “Lifetime access” means the commercially available lifetime of the hosted resource, not an obligation to maintain a platform forever. SEHVI Technologies and licensors retain rights in recordings, templates, code, diagrams, assessments and training methodology.
8. Completion and certification
Completion certificates may require fee clearance, attendance, assessments or projects. An institute certificate is not a vendor certification, degree or assurance of employment. Vendor exams, fees, scoring and rules are controlled by the vendor.
9. Placement assistance
Placement support varies by package and may include resume guidance, profile optimisation, mock interviews, vacancy sharing or recruiter introductions. It does not guarantee a job, interview selection, salary or timeline unless a separate written programme expressly defines measurable conditions. Employers independently control hiring decisions.
10. Salary and hiring claims
Salary ranges, job counts, demand labels, timelines and testimonials are illustrative or selected market observations. Actual results vary by experience, education, location, project quality, communication, interview performance and market conditions.
11. Communications and recordings
We may contact you about enquiries, payment, access, schedules and support using the details provided. Optional marketing can be opted out of. Classes may be recorded for enrolled students; separate permission is required before identifiable testimonials or placement stories are used publicly.
12. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, harassment, cheating, impersonation, piracy, security abuse, unlawful conduct or serious disruption. Except where immediate action is required, the learner will ordinarily be notified and allowed to respond. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy and applicable law.
13. Liability and force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, employer decisions, examination outcomes or third-party platform failures. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate contractual liability for a course will not exceed the amount paid for that course, except where law requires more. Delays caused by natural disaster, government action, internet failure, cyberattack, vendor outage or similar events outside reasonable control will be addressed through reasonable rescheduling or alternatives.
14. Grievances, law and updates
Use the Grievance Redressal process. We aim to acknowledge complete complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction subject to non-waivable consumer rights. Material updates apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Enrollment acknowledgement By enrolling, you confirm that you reviewed the written syllabus, delivery mode, fee, refund policy, placement scope and these terms and had an opportunity to ask questions.
