We collect information reasonably needed to answer enquiries, deliver training, process payment, provide support and—where authorised—assist with careers.

This policy applies to website visitors, prospective students, enrolled learners, payers, corporate contacts and placement-support participants.

Data minimisation Do not send Aadhaar numbers, passwords, full bank statements, medical records or employer-confidential data unless specifically requested for a legitimate purpose through a secure method.

Name, phone, email, city, age confirmation, language and preferences.

Education and career

Qualifications, experience, role, skills, resume and target roles.

Enrollment and learning

Course, batch, attendance, assignments, assessments, projects and support records.

Payment and transaction

Invoice, payment status and transaction reference. Payment credentials are normally handled by payment providers.

Communications

WhatsApp, email, counselling notes, support interactions and disclosed class recordings.

Website and device

IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral, cookies and security logs.

2. How we use information

  • respond to enquiries and provide requested counselling;
  • evaluate suitability, prerequisites and batch availability;
  • confirm enrollment, issue invoices and deliver training;

Classes may be recorded for enrolled learners. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal or confidential information in recorded sessions. Separate permission is required before public use of identifiable images, video, testimonials, salary stories or employer names.

5. Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, course access, certificate verification, accounting, tax, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not convert should be deleted or anonymised after a limited follow-up period unless the person continues engaging or consents to updates.

Our professional programmes are primarily for adults. We do not knowingly enroll a person under 18 without verifiable parent or guardian involvement, and we do not knowingly use children’s data for targeted advertising or harmful behavioural monitoring.
